Dustin is a product of Lafayette, Louisiana and grew up in Sevier County, Tennessee. Admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2007, Dustin joined The Adams Law Firm and Admiral Title, Inc. in April of 2013. Dustin managed a title company and a satellite law office for his former firm. His experience, based in real estate, is vast having handled both complex litigation and transactions. Dustin graduated from the University of Tennessee with both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree with a focus on American Government and International Relations. Dustin received his Juris Doctor degree in 2007 from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where he was a recipient of the Governor’s Merit Scholarship.
While attending law school Dustin had the opportunity to serve as an intern for the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and United Stated Senator, Lamar Alexander. Dustin is also an adjunct faculty member of South College where he teaches a variety of courses in the school’s Legal Studies Program including Real Estate Law, Evidence Law and Constitutional Law.
Dustin’s practice currently focuses on Real Estate Law, with a specific focus on title, land use and planning law. Dustin oversees all the Admiral Title, Inc.’s title searches and recordings. Like Terry, Dustin is available in office to help in resolving issues that arise daily.
