Every year since 2007, Terry Adams has been voted Top Attorney in Entertainment and Sports Law by Cityview Magazine.  Terry’s commitment to the songwriting and artistic community is fundamental to his practice.  Not only is he a musician himself, he is also the son of Nashville Songwriter, Shirley Wood Adams, who penned Cry, Cry, Cry recorded by Connie Smith, among many other songs.

Terry is a recognized authority on the legal aspects of the music business and has been an instructor, key note speaker, and panel member across the state.  He teams with John Prince, who has an LL.M in Intellectual Property from the University of Dayton Law School and a degree in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
